Digital Services — No Physical Returns
All services provided by Wilde Digital Studio are digital. There are no physical products to return.
Website Design
If you cancel before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made.
Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable. This covers the time, planning and resources already committed to your project.
Full payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
Hosting & Maintenance
Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time and your service will continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Social Media Management
Monthly social media management fees are invoiced in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
