1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Wilde Digital Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By purchasing any service from Wilde Digital Studio, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
Wilde Digital Studio provides website design and development, hosting and maintenance, and social media management services. The specific deliverables for each project will be agreed upon before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Website Design — Full Payment Payment in full is required before work begins. We accept card payments, Klarna and Clearpay (Afterpay). Buy now pay later services are provided by Klarna and Clearpay subject to their own terms and eligibility criteria.
3.2 Website Design — Deposit Where a deposit payment plan is agreed, a deposit of 50% (or as otherwise agreed in writing) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the website goes live. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the completed website until full payment has been received.
3.3 Hosting & Maintenance Hosting fees are charged monthly by recurring payment. Failure to maintain payments will result in suspension of hosting services and your website being taken offline. We will provide reasonable notice before any suspension.
3.4 Social Media Management Social media management services are invoiced monthly in advance. Work will not commence for the following month if payment is outstanding.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
4.2 Full payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
4.3 If you wish to cancel before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made.
4.4 Monthly hosting and social media management fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
5. Revisions
The number of revisions included in each package is stated at the point of purchase. Additional revisions beyond those included will be quoted separately and charged accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing all content, images, copy and materials required in a timely manner
- Reviewing and approving work at each stage
- Ensuring all content provided to us does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights
- Providing accurate business information for use on your website
Delays caused by late provision of content or materials may affect project timelines. Wilde Digital Studio accepts no liability for delays caused by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the completed website design transfers to you.
7.2 Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Wilde Digital Studio.
7.3 We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.4 Any third party assets used (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licensing terms.
8. Hosting & Website Suspension
If hosting payments are not maintained your website will be suspended. We will attempt to contact you before suspension. Wilde Digital Studio accepts no liability for any loss of business or revenue resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Wilde Digital Studio will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.
9.2 Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.
9.3 We do not guarantee specific results, search engine rankings or business outcomes from any website or social media service provided.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of working together.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
